The Orbitel offices will close at noon on Thursday December 24, 2009 and remain closed until 8am Monday December 28, 2009. The offices will also close at noon on Thursday December 31, 2009 and remain closed until 8am Monday January 4, 2010. Technicians will be on-call 24/7 during the holidays to respond to any system outages. You may call the office at (520) 568-8890 anytime to report service outages during the holidays. The 24/7 technical support line, (877) 235-3589, will remain open for any internet or telephone related problems during the holidays.
If you need help configuring a new computer to your existing Orbitel internet service over the holidays, please call technical support line and they can assist you anytime.
