Equipment Fees and Services

In order to access and use High Speed Internet service from Orbitel Communications you must have a cable modem that is compatible with Orbitel. Orbitel offers cable modems for either purchase or for lease.

• Cable Modem rental $3.95 per month*

* Equipment rental and purchase fees are subject to Arizona transaction privilege tax.

If you purchase or lease your modem from Orbitel Communications we will warranty and provide technical support for as long as you are an Orbitel Communications High Speed Internet customer except against loss, damage, negligence or tampering.

Installation of High Speed Data is conducted by Orbitel trained personnel. If the installation is done at the time of your initial service installation then your High Speed Data installation is included with your installation fee. To add High Speed Data later, Orbitel charges $29.95 for installation. Call us, we may have a special promotion which can reduce your installation charge.
