Digital Phone Calling Features
Every Orbitel Digital Phone package includes access to these calling features.

3-Way Calling
Allows a customer to call another party during an existing call and add the third party to the call, creating a three-way conversation. While on a call, press flash hook and then dial the third party’s number. Press flash hook again to put all three parties together.
Anonymous Call Rejection
Automatically rejects all calls from anonymous numbers. Dial *77 to enable the feature and *87 to disable the feature.
Automatic Call Back
Allows a customer to automatically redial the last outgoing call. Dial *66 to access the feature.
Automatic Recall
Allows a customer to return the most recent incoming call, or to hear the last incoming caller ID. Dial *69 to access the feature.
Caller ID
Displays the number and name of the incoming caller on the customer’s telephone, if the customer’s phone has a caller display screen.
Call Forwarding
Allows a customer to forward all incoming calls on to an alternative number. Dial *72 followed by the destination number to enable the feature and *73 to disable the feature.
Call Waiting
Notifies a customer that a second call is on the line and allows the customer to switch between the calls. If the customer’s phone has a caller display then the caller ID information of the second call will also be displayed. While on a call, press flash hook when the tone indicates a call is waiting. Flash hook allows the customer to switch between calls.
Do Not Disturb
Allows the customer to temporarily block all incoming calls. Outgoing calls can continue to be made. Dial *78 to enable the feature and *79 to disable the feature.
Directory Listing
Allows the customer one (1) listing in the local telephone directory.
E911
Allows the calling party to be identified by the directory number and street address when placing emergency calls. To learn more, visit www.orbitelcom.com/home/phone/i911.
Fax
Allows the customer to send and receive faxes using a customer owned fax machine.
Selective Call Rejection
Allows a customer to block selected incoming calls. Dial *60 to enable the feature. Follow the prompts to add and remove numbers from the list.
Speed Calling
Allows a customer to use two-digit codes as shortcuts for dialing selected phone numbers. Dial *75 followed by the two digit speed dialing code (20-49) and the number to program. To speed dial a programmed code, dial the two digit code (20-49) and either wait eight seconds or press # to immediately dial.
Subscriber Communications Portal
Allows the customer to change the configuration of their telephone services through a web-based interface on the Orbitel website. Visit www.orbitelcom.com and click on the “Manage Your Digital Phone” link under Orbitel Anytime. To log on use the 10 digit telephone number. The voicemail PIN is the password.
Unpublished / Unlisted Number
Allows a customer to have their telephone number not listed in any telephone directory and/or not published to directory assistance.
Voicemail
Redirects unanswered or busy calls to a voicemail server. Dial *15 to access the voicemail system when calling from the phone. When away, dial the phone number and when the greeting begins, press * followed by the PIN.
