Orbitel2Go Transition

We hope you are enjoying our Orbitel2Go service which lets you stream video content on your portable device from anywhere in the country you can get online. Orbitel Communications is changing the third-party provider that authenticates users of this service. Doing so will permit us to offer more content and networks on the Orbitel2Go service.

This change requires customers to submit a registration for the new authentication provider. (While not required, during the transition we recommend you register for the new platform with the same or similar username and password you are using with the current platform.)

Visit https://www.wtve.net, select Orbitel Comm, and then click register.

It could take up to several weeks for each network to transition from the old to the new provider. After March 31, 2020, most of our TVE programming content should be moved over to the new provider. In the meantime, you may see the current login screen (left) or a new one (right). If you see the login page on the left, use your current email and password. If you see the login page on the right, use the latest email address and password you used to register for the new platform.

As always, you may go directly to the programmer sites and/or apps to login – you do not have to log in to the www.wtve.net website first. Also, Orbitel Comm must be listed in the provider list and you must be subscribed to the network in order for you to access Orbitel2Go content.
