*If you return before October 1, services can be activated. Just give us a call about a week in advance Seasonal options cannot be extended past October 1. The availability to enroll in this option will end September 30. One reconnection is free, additional reconnects during the seasonal period will incur a $39.95 reconnect fee. There is an additional charge to keep your email active or to place your phone number on seasonal hold. Seasonal customers with legacy video equipment leaving between March 1 and September 30, must return legacy video equipment. Customers will not have the option to reconnect legacy video equipment. This includes all TIVO, DVR, HD, Digital, DTA boxes and cable cards. Legacy video customers will have the option to upgrade to Flight Video upon return.
